• Can I return an item if I choose the wrong size?

Yes, Of course! We get it, shopping online is tough. 

We offer a no questions asked returns if they still have original tags and packaging and also offer a free exchange on your first order (up to a maximum of 10$).

  • How do you ship products?

Packages are sent directly from our manufacturer in Asia and is delivered by your local postal service.

Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.

We also offer express shipping via DHL or FedEX for those looking to receive their items sooner than later. 

  • My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

 For some shipping companies, once an item is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system, especially considering it is a international shipment.

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

  •  Where do you ship from?

Depending on where our stock and inventory is located, you may get your item shipped from Canada or directly from our manufacturer (which is why how we keep our prices so low) located in China. 

Ontario manufacturing facility is coming soon and currently in the works.

  • Are you apparel items USA Sizing or Chinese Sizing?

Our sizing falls more in line with USA sizing, not Chinese sizing (though we manufacture there) as we own and operate on a private shipping line which we closely monitor.

However, with cycling apparel, it seems every brand is different, so we highly encourage you to double check our size charts before ordering.

  • How long will it take to get my items?

Our jersey and apparel products are fresh off the print and made upon order, which will take about 5-6 business days to be produced.

Once produced, shipping through DHL will deliver orders to UK, Canada and USA within 5-7 business days and international shipping times vary depending on the destination

For standard shipping, it could take up to 7 - 21 business days for delivery depending on the destination. (Not including production time)

Please note with the pandemic currently active, international flights are limited which may cause an additional week of delays. For customers located in NY and LA, they may experience 1-2 week delay at customs. 

  • Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages depending on availability of the item at time of order, or should they require different packaging types.  This will not add any cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately.
